Rates
Rates are charged per night, beginning on the first day reserved and ending on the day you pick up your pet. Charges apply for each day reserved. No refunds or credit for early pick ups. Payment is due in full when your pet is picked up.
Reservations made for 7-13 consecutive days will receive a 5% discount off the total cost. Reservations made for 14 consecutive days or more will receive a 10% discount off the total cost.
Rates may increase during holiday and peak/high volume dates. Please check the calendar for availability and any rate changes.
Cancellations
We will charge for one night stay if cancellations are not made at least 48 hours prior to the date reserved.
Bedding
We encourage you to bring your pet’s bedding and a special toy to make their stay even more comfortable.
Food
Bring a sufficient amount of dog food in a container clearly marked with the pet’s name and feeding instructions. This will help your pet keep to their normal routine.
